This is for the bride who has it mostly under control, but needs just a little guidance! Botkin Creative will step in and offer some assistance while letting you still have control over the overall vision of your wedding day!

Here is what you can expect!

• Communication with your coordinator 90 days prior to your wedding day

• 3 one hour meetings at your discretion within the 90 day time frame

• Unlimited communication via email and text message within 90 days of your wedding day

• Develop and distribute a timeline and floorplan to vendors

• Ceremony and reception direction and management

• Distribution of final payments and gratuity to vendors on the day of the event

WEDDING coordination + planning and design

Starting at $4,500

This is for the bride who loves the idea of taking a step back! They love the idea of trusting the pros with their dream day (oh hey, that’s me)! 

Botkin Creative will help you confidently choose and solidify your details while still giving you the control to plan your dream day! 

Here is what you can expect! 

• All wedding coordination services

• Vendor booking assistance

• Design assistance (including but not limited to color pallet, invitations, etc). 

• Mood board design

• Attendance of necessary vendor meetings
